Ms. Tian also has extensive experience in real estate transaction matters. She has successfully handled hundreds of closings of real estate properties, representing high-net value individuals from different countries, single or multi-member companies, and local investors or home buyers. Ms. Tian helps clients prepare, negotiate, and complete reviews of purchase and sale agreements, leases, and guarantor agreements.
